Retired TFR Firefighter Scott Garcia passed away on Tuesday 10/20 after complications from a cardiac surgery procedure. There will be a celebration of his life held at the TFR Museum on Saturday 10/31 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association or the U.S.Fish and Wildlife Service. A full obituary is available at legacy.com/tbo.
