Yes we plan to have 2 open meetings. One in S'side and one in Ch'town. We have heard the feedback from this year and know we need to make changes. We will be presenting those changes at the meetings for the members to give feedback on. Here is the jist. Sanctioning document is here to stay. If you do not need anything from PEIRR then there is NO fee to have your race sanctioned. If you need the clock, bibs etc, $50 flat fee for all races, non sanctioned races can have option to rent gear from RR. This should get the calendar filled back to where it used to be. These sessions will be moderated by a neutral 3rd party to keep things respectful. Moderator will conduct the meeting in a formal manner. Replies:
