Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

The northern wind's aurora eyes are perhaps gentle compared to the gazes of many, those aurora eyes were not sharp and they were not hardened, perhaps life has not yet truly chewed upon the girl and hardened her, and only time will tell if such a thing will change. The girl's family had indeed harassed her, and as the girl spoke of it the boy had tilted his head, no doubt listening and curious, and yet there is a certain youth to his movements. "I do not think I was very bad. I listened to my parents. I didn't start any fights either." The northern wind ponders for a few moments, wondering perhaps what this prince considered to be very bad.

The girl has answered his question the best she knows how, and it seems that perhaps she is being rewarded in some strange way, or maybe he is just pleased that she does indeed answer, as his tail waves behind him. A slight breeze whiffs through and stirs against the girl's tri-hued coat, cooling the strands as they dance in the breeze's wake, before the breeze is gone just as abruptly as it had come unto them. The girl feels a certain kinship with breezes and winds, being the northern wind herself, and as she enjoys the coolant it has given her she is given to respond to his wide grin with a smaller flash of her own style of smile.

Whenever he speaks she is truly destined to listen, the girl is always listening and always willing to answer, after all the girl is used to listening to the words of those around her, such is a given of paying good attention. The girl is starting to warm up to this stranger, but maybe the cause of that was partially because he had just said that he would actually like her? Nobody had ever taken the time to try to know the girl, to see beyond the tri hues of her muddled coat, that ugly gray hue that her family had despised so greatly, and yet the girl could not help the coat she was born with, and she does not perhaps understand their value of aesthetics. "Angels? They live here?" Now it is her turn to tilt her head, though hers is more a type of mild confusion. "Like the winged things in pup stories?"

The girl's mind swims with images of glowing white pelts, with feathered white wings bathed in golden light, and the girl can not bring herself to believe that such beings really exist. Yet he had said it with such conviction, as if it were merely a fact to be stated, and for a few fleeting moments she wonders what it be like to meet one. His voice breaks through the girl's bewildered ponderings then, and the girl recognizes it as the repeating of her name, he almost sounds it out with a form of delight before he picks himself up and moves close to the girl, very close. "If you are sure it is okay I will come."
