Summer is here and Fall is short around the corner. There is unrest as it stands but, perhaps it is to our advantage. Let no one question our strength. Those who wish to speak on rank, seek me out. The sound of my brother's return yip is a jump start to my heart, the only thing that can make it beat like something other than the cold dead thing of a killer. I am not the mushy type, nor the loving type. I do not dream of having another half some day, someone to create children with. It would be nice to continue the blood lines of Eric and Seline, the Satanican blood line falling solely on the shoulders of Kronos, my sisters, and I. I have yet to really make any good relations within the pack besides with Nakato, the Frankenstein. I've been trying to work on that.

I collide with my brother and we go rolling with me using my greater weight to end up on top. I grin and lick his face a time or two just to get under his skin before I back off of him to let him get up. I hear my father's chuckle and we both turn to greet him. My tail wags behind me, happy as ever now that my family is more reunited. Now if only Seline would make her presence known. I turn to my brother as he responds and my tail only wags faster. My ears prick forward to give him my full attention as he explains that he followed another wolf out of Moladian. I smirk. "Then you have many stories to tell me later."

At the question to our father, I turn my gaze to him, allowing my tail to curl around my flanks as I take a seat. Eric smirks. "Oh, I've seen plenty in my years, Kronos. I've been to other lands and even ruled my own pack for a while. I called in other vampires and had the most feared pack in Blossom Forest. I met your mother while she was alpha of her own pack and then returned to find her daughter, Cade, your half sister, ruling the pack in her stead. I've turned other wolves into vampires and gained loyalty that will last until their death. I've been a Beta and now a hunter and I'm sure in time I will not be able to hold a rank at all but until that day comes, I will continue to pove my worth."

My ears ficker as I listen but I take it all in. At the end, I nod in understanding and turn to look at my brother, wondering what he took from it. I grin as I stand and nudge his shoulder with mine. "So what will you do for training, Kronos? I'm next in line to be the Orthos of Asteraia." I hold my head high, proud of my accomplishments. I will defend my pack till my last breath and only my family will come before that. Of course I'm horrible at recruiting so far and Kronos has always had a sharper tongue. I wonder if I'll be able to talk him into helping his brother out.

All ranks may be challenged for outside of Kuk and Thoth. Tasks to rise in rank will be given at the discretion of Sekhmet.

Sekhmet - Pharaoh of Asteraia - Goddess of divine retribution and vengeance, Sekhmet protects and avenges those under her rule. She has final say in all matters pertaining to the pack and it’s wellbeing.

Kuk - The Chosen One - Darkness personified, this wolf is the chief warrior and is given all the same rights as the Pharaoh. Made of strength, tasked with teaching the youth to build their strength.
Thoth - Advisor to Sekhmet - God of wisdom, reason, and secrets. This wolf is extremely loyal to the Pharaoh. They can make and block steals as well as accept challenges when Sekhemt and the Kuk are unable to do so.

Imhotep - Divine Priest - Spiritual Advisor to Sekhmet. You will make sacrifices to the gods in her name.
Amunet - The Heir - One who is hidden and her powers are connected to the words silence, stillness, mystery and obscurity.
Ma'at - Lead Diplomat - God of justice and order. You maintain peace and order within the pack and with those to whom we are bound.

Nephthys - Head Butcher - God of death and decay. You, mighty butcher, will be the artful assassin. Those marked should meet Anubis soon.
Set - Head Thief - God of chaos and change. Take everything that you need and a little extra to grow. The rest is tribute.
Horus - Head Hunter - God of good hunting. Great hunter, the feast will be plentiful when you step on the fields.
Isis - Head Healer - God of healing and protection. You mend the wounds and do not allow weakness to fester.
Seshat - Head Informant - God of knowledge. Gather information on our friends and enemies alike.

Scepters - Warriors - You will work closely with Sobek. Fight for your pack; you will often be asked to escort other members on outings when it is seen fit.
Kemet - Hunters - Working under the eye of Horus, you will ensure the pack is fed.
Medjay - Scouts - Show me, what bounties can you find for the gods? Report your findings to Seshat.
Snares - Thieves - The world is ours, let us reap from it. Learn your art from Set.
Heka - Healers - Work with Isis to heal wounds and ease pain; repair what is broken to the best of your abilities.
Scribes - Diplomats - You will work under Ma'at to complete the duties of mantaining peace within and outside of the pack.

Kith - Children of Asteraia - The youth are our future.
Kin - Unranked members of Asteraia - Those who have not yet chosen a specialty, or who do wish to.
