It was interesting to see Shiloh interact with her family. They had spoken of her family now and then and it never seemed like she was as close to her siblings as he was his own. Then again he only had two versus her having… he wasn’t sure how many ten? Twelve? It was a lot and while sometimes he wished to have a large family perhaps it was a disadvantage in the long run and so often he thought he wa well worth the amount of love and individual attention both his parents had given him to make him become what he was. He knew there wasn’t much option with his mother’s age, and his father adored children. He had adopted Suomi after all and often played father with many other pups but he was happy with that, and Amoxtli thought even if his mother hadn’t ever had children he always still would have been just as happy. It was besides the point however, speaking about things that could have happened.

He let the two siblings have their moment though, but he thought he could see that tension that Shiloh just tended to have when her family was about. Never in Taviora did she act so self conscious he guessed was the right word, she was more open and herself but when family was around it was different, almost the polar opposite of how he was. Always though Amoxtli had faith in the family of angels though. Shiloh was one, his Peacekeeper Solaris was one. No angel had ever wronged him in any way shape or form always keeping true to their honor and, not to mention, his father respected them as well as his mother. His family was tied tightly to the angels they know it or not and while he was not blind in the following he had no reason to expect them to outright do wrong.

The entire situation with Diveen and Covet was… different to be certain. But not for one moment did Amoxtli believe it was the fault of Achilles for the fall of the pack. Covet was a crazed wolf and it was only further proved when he gave his throne up and attacked their other ally of Spirane. He was insane. That was it plain and simple perhaps maybe some parts of Achilles family could think that but why would they? He didn’t think Shiloh felt that way at least but perhaps she did.

However it seemed their Latin conversation that Amoxtli had no idea what they were saying ended when his attention turned to him just as he arrived. Again Amoxtli dipped his head to the Golden Angel King wondering for a moment as he was greeted.

”It’s a pleasure, I am always happy to meet any family of Shiloh’s.” He says letting Achilles then speak to why he had come at last. He was a little surprised that their alliance had been in question and while perhaps it was more formal Amoxtli always figured such an alliance was unspoken between their homes and just a given with how close their two packs had always been to one another. He smiled and nodded, ”Perhaps one would find me foolish to go with such blind faith to a new King but your family and mine are all linked now. You are family to us and for so long Taviora has offerd any wolf of Diveen the shelter they needed and help if they needed as well. Your terms are fine, and again, I may sound like a fool but never has any wolf of Diveen done wrong to my pack or family. I hope you feel the same way King Achilles.” Maybe he should have considered it more, but Amoxtli didn’t feel a need to. If something came up and it proved Achilles was not the type of wolf he wanted to be allied too he would change his mind, but as of right now, it seemed his pack was very similar to the one his and Shiloh’s parents had ruled together. That was something Amoxtli would always stand behind so long as nothing changed.
