Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Luk
(Three) (No Imprint) (No Mate) (Glorall)

Things were going pretty well for Luk. He was growing stronger every day and he had managed to get on Eden’s good side. His training was going perfectly and soon, the pup knew he would be complete it and become an assassin his grandfather had once been. Thinking that he deserved a little personal reward, the tri-colored pup moved away from the oceanic pack towards the lake. The birds there were some of his favorite foods and he was eager to feast on their flesh. He arrived by noon and was already stalking a group of fat ducks that had yet to fly south before the winter winds chilled their wings. Licking his chops, he charged at them, but fumbled in the shallow water and missed his chance. Quacking wildly, the dumb birds flew off towards the island in the center of the water. Growling in annoyance, Luk dove into the freezing water and followed.

Golden paws pulled the large, heavy body out of the water. For a moment, he stood there dripping wet and shivering. Then he shook himself, sending water flying all over the place. Not wasting any time, he returned to his hunt for the ducks, but they were nowhere to be found. Bi-colored eyes gazed up and saw the dark figures flying away, their voices silenced by the winds. Growling again, Luk looked around for the culprit and found her. A wolf with soot and ice colored fur sat on the bank, cleaning herself. When had she come here? It must have been around the same time he did. Did she even realize she had botched his hunt? Maybe he should give her a piece of his mind?

Moving awkwardly on still growing paws, the oceanic wolf stood over the stranger with a glare. ”Hey, why did you chase away my kill? Who are you? Why did you come here?” He tried to sound a gruff and bold as he felt. He was still a pup after all and though he was nearly fully grown, he still had the mentality of a child. In order to get adults to listen to him, he had to act tough. She had to know that she ruined his chance at a good meal, right? Luk waited, dripping with water, for her to reply.
