The preamble, in such all too frequent cases, tells you that A does not equal B, so it seems, therefore, perverse to write a series of clues which state the opposite of that!
It's different with misprints, or where extra letters have been added or removed, because then you assume a normal clue that has been nobbled in some way subsequently. Clues where the wordplay is deliberately incorrect from the start fall into a different category. Replies:
