At the densest section of the forest, there is a brief clearing where a steady flow of water streams down the slippery stone staircase. The water here is cool and refreshing. Staircase Falls has been rumoured to be the place where reality is met by magic; where peaceful spirits dwell. They are rumoured to have healing powers that are used to help the desperately hurt, though no one has experienced this, except for, perhaps, Kaive.

Once in a while we will find, the sound of your heart beats with mine, and when it's time I'll leave the ocean behind... As Pierce leaned down to share in the embrace Delia releases a breath of air she hadn't known she was holding. The tan fae couldn't help but think that his well-muscled form fit perfectly around her sleek self. Like a jigsaw puzzle. A content grin grew across her maw as her eyes fluttered shut. As she was beginning to get comfortable, and actually a little tired, Pierce broke their contact and turned his head to gaze down into her now open eyes. To her pleasant surprise he was asking her to join him on his journey back to Spring Grounds! She, little loner Cordelia, would be going with her gallant white knight to his home! His pack! His pack... what if they didn't accept her? Her ghost seemed to be very important to his clan, she had always known that deep down... perhaps a leader of some kind? What if his friends don't approve of her? She's not quite fit to rule, after all. Suddenly Delia was nervous. She truly wanted to take this venture with her new friend, but could she stand up to the challenge? If it meant she didn't have to lose Pierce then she'd just have to try! He was worth the long journey and the speculation of a whole group of wolves who could definitely kick her butt - but he wouldn't let them... right? He would protect her? She didn't want him to have to choose between her and his family, and she would hate to start a fight. But he was worth it! And he said Spring Grounds was a nice place! She had to get her misconceptions out of her head! It was set then, she'd travel to Spring Grounds with her new companion and give it her best shot. Oh Pierce, I'd love to join you on your journey back! I'll try to give a great first impression, I would hate to be the cause of dispute between you and your family... She replied happily, albeit still nervous, excitement starting to leak into her bones causing her to get restless. Quickly she got up and began to pace around to get rid of the anxious jitters and anticipation. She stopped shortly to glance at the sky and found the sun on its way back down the horizon. Had she already spent a whole day with Pierce? Time had passed so quickly! We should probably get on the road soon, the sun is already beginning to set! Come on! She squeaked excitedly before bounding off - realizing after a few seconds that she didn't know where she was going.
