Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Despoina
A Little Missunderstood

Sly comments crossed Despoina’s mouth, poking the other girl into obvious agitation. The spirit Aurelia was starting to show brought a completely different kind of smirk onto the moor girl’s face. Her curiosity started to grow, as did the odd feeling that twisted in her heart and stomach. It was the quickened heart beat of a hunt, but the extreme desire for blood was less present. It tugged her forward. Unlike the first time this happened this young woman seemed to know how to snap back, judging by the little growl. Despoina’s ears flicked in disappointment and satisfaction when Aurelia seemed to lower herself to the ground, almost in submission.

After she circled she sat in front of Aurelia, much of her predatory posture softening. Her eyes though, the hard steel continued to lock on her companion while her mind tried to meticulously pick through the unknown questions that had started to come forth. Why was this girl so...attractive? Why did she had to keep herself from inhaling deep to wash in her scent? Why the hell were these adventures around Moladion sounding like a good idea? Her calling had been the waters of Iromar, and her home had been found. Paws sank deep into the mud and turf as the mists embraced her. This wolf spoke of showing her different places and she was actually considering venturing around with her. She had been known to prowl the territories on her own. A flare of interest sparked at moving through the paths with another. With this other. Despoina’s confusion made her eyes narrow, but she managed to keep herself from baring her teeth and growling.

“I’ve been to the mountain.” She said, seeming to completely ignore the ideas of adventures while she tried to figure her feeling towards it. “I grew up there. My sister still lives there.” Her head tilted slightly to the side. “I visit on occasion.” Unspoken, she wondered if on her visit she would run into this wolf. She wondered if Aurelia would come to Iromar. An unbidden thought came to her, one that she never thought she would consider in her life. They could play in the mists. Despoina did not play with anyone but her sister. It just did not happen.
