when is the best time to have omniety?

officially our birthday is in march, but we've been late the last couple of years because that was no good for me/merl. edel is running it this coming year, so it would help her out if we could work out the best time to run it.

does summer work for everyone, or would you prefer it earlier? are there any generally bad times?
