Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

It was clear from the past months that he was the quiet child. Aeacus was always thinking in the backround watching rather than playing with the other pups from a distance. Perhaps he took far more after his Grandmother in that regard choosing to watch and wait rather than press himself forward into everyone’s business. He would never know the wolfess he took so much after. From his form, from the jade green of his eyes and even the flecks into is fur he looked much like a female that only his father knew in this family but had yet to really mention, not that he had a reason too. Quiet as he was though he was not going to ignore the call of his mother summoning him to a meal.

The little boy trotted out of his own little seclusive spot. One that he and maybe a few of his siblings could fit in but no one else. It was a small rocky crevice where he tended to hide and play alone on his adventures, he slipped easily between them before his black form crossed the lands quickly as his little paws could carry him towards the beach. By the time he arrived he could see three already gathered. His mother, of course, then his older sister Sif and then his father. He was a bit surprised by the later his father was gone a lot doing whatever is it was outside the pack. He never went outside the pack either, choosing instead to keep inside the borders of the pack where he was told it was safe.

”Hello, Mom, Dad, Sif.” His quiet voice called to them all, small form, still clearly smaller than his sister because of his born runtedness coming up to them all. His tail fanned out behind him slightly pupiless eyes going between them all and lastly the kill his mother had made. He wasn’t sure what would come of this it wasn’t often the little galaxy child was around all his family at once and when he was he found himself observing more than being a part of them all. Maybe he would try a little harder this time but he still was scared and wasn’t sure what to do with them.
