Viserys watched the loner with a curious tilt to his head and a soft smile, and in an interesting way it appeared that he was gauging this wolf in the calmest of manners. It was important, the pale boy knew, to be aware of the nature of those that you were talking to. Especially when fighting back was not an option. Thankfully, however, his new companion seemed to be of the amiable sort and for that he was glad. It was always better to have conversations with those who wished to hold them. "That it does." He said with a wave of his tail, the curious smile still crossed over his face.
"Oh, I've heard weirder." Viserys said with a small chuckle, his teal eyes twinkling. It felt nice to be in good spirits with another for once, after having been rather melancholy for some time. It didn't become the kind-hearted boy to be angry and upset with the world around him, when he cared for this world so much. The sky, the animals, the grass, everything around him the boy held near and dear to his heart. So it was strange when he felt as though the world had betrayed him. Now, however, was not the time for thinking about such things. He had a new wolf to talk to and new stories to hear.
"It is good to meet you too, Oort. And don't worry about the burdock. I'm sure I will find some eventually." He winked, taking a seat and resting his hindquarters. It wasn't immediately obvious that he had something wrong, but with the colder weather approaching it would be harder and harder to hide the stiffness in his limbs.
Black-rimmed ears pressed forward to hear Oort's story, teal eyes focused upon the wolf with rapt attention. Viserys had always enjoyed hearing about the lands outside of Moladion, especially from his wandering sister Isolde. The lands in which he lived were certainly interesting enough for anyone, but there was something about the lands outside that seemed so wild and dangerous. "I know the feeling well." Viserys said with a wave of his tail. "There is a pack here, Taviora, that I lived in for some time. It is full of trees that tower high above you. But I am a sky-gazer too, although it is the daytime that I enjoy most. I live in Diveen now, the plateau pack, that gives me a wonderful view of the clouds."
