Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Fritjof nodded in assent. "I agree, if they are already looking for a hunt, then they are an ideal choice" he says coolly. Pulling in extra people was not exactly a problem. Most people were perfectly willing to be invited for food, and did not mind a little extra hunting. He hoped Amoxtli would not mind all the liberties taken to plan the event, but he had said it was up to Fritjof.

Now he wants it to be over. Not that he is not looking forward to it, just that he has an undercurrent of anxiety was building that he knew from experience would probably last until all the preparation came together and the feast was done with and had gone however it was going to go. It was not as if he did not enjoy them. The adrenaline and anticipation made him feel alive. He is not thinking to the past anymore, but to a future, crafted in part by him, and whatever other diplomats are around. In what previous time had four packs come together in alliance?

He agrees about the border. In time it could be a comfortable meeting place. "Yes, for now, and for our two packs it works well." He is already thinking of if the four packs ever got together where the best meeting place would be.
