Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

I watch the stranger's lips carefully, lest I appear stupid for not understanding him. He has not actually asked if I am deaf yet, and though I have a speech impediment due to never having heard, perhaps I want to pretend I can pass for normal. In looks he kind of reminds me of the forest chipmunks grown large and predatory, though I try not to show my amusement on my face at that thought. He has yellow eyes, like mine. And his name is Roman. "I'm Peregrine" I answer. The name refers not only to the color of my eyes, but also to my reliance on them. Because I have mostly them and my nose when playing, I have learned to use them perhaps better than my siblings. In a way it makes up for what I will never have.

I jump up immediately at the thought of rabbit, mouth already salivating. It was not as if Everlast had fed me while fleeing for her sanity. I had never really gotten much explanation on that point. And the Iromar pack had seemed rather preoccupied. Not in the mood to get a pup that was not theirs some food. "Yes please!" I exclaim, furry tail wagging low and quick. I am easily won over with the promise of food, even if I do not know the company.
