This is my Fate.
His scent had others on it. Try to hide it as he may from wolves that had sight a blind wolf could still pick up the faintest of smells. After all his nose and ears were the only things he had to guide and lead him so he had to have a sensitive nose and ears to pick up every noise and scent that might lead him into danger. It just so happened that today he was looking for it instead and found it too. He didn’t know who they were of course, the only one he truly was interested in was the brute he had come to ask about. Only once he was sure he found the wolf that called himself a god.
A god. His grandfather fancied himself as that and Haziel left because Heyel thought he would be in misery his whole life. He and his sister Seraphina both. Still it didn’t matter. In his imperfection, perfection found him. That was the true power that came to him over time from dealing with what gods have gave him.
”Zeus… The God of gods. Well Zeus, I have come with a simple question to you. Does a wolf by the name of Dieloch come to you?” He asks lifting his head and his ears posing themselves completely forward, facing Zeus now with his gold and blue eyes. He listened intently now, tail sweeping the ground. ”Of course once I have my answer I will answer something you ask as well, I am not the type of wolf to simply take and not give something back if asked.” Haziel said rolling his crimson shoulders.
Now he just had to see what Zeus will do now. Of course he could lie, but scent alone was enough to give Haziel the truth he needed. He just wanted to hear it, be sure. Nothing bad would happen to Dieloch, at least Haziel didn’t think so. He just wanted to know where he was going, not what he was doing, seeing or anything else. Just if he was friends with this God.
