appearance standing at a nice thirty-nine inches at the shoulder, jago is not one to push around. he is a hefty 183 pounds of lean muscle and little fat which could be to his disadvantage when it comes to food and survival. jago is very stocky and a little bulky, though that does not jeopardize his speed. he is quick on his feet, having longer, leaner legs than most. jago is also missing most of his tail, giving it a docked look. it was bitten off by his older brother when he was only a pup. his coloring is anything but common. he is primarily russet red with a greying-white undercoat. he has darker black points mixed in with his greying-white color and all of his hairs are frosted lightly in black, but can only be noticed from an angle.
personality jago is extremely aggresive when he isn't getting what he wants. perhaps he is the "little spoiled rich boy" in a sense, but instead of being rich in currency he is rich in pedigree and alphaism. jago can be a complete asshole one minute and very charming the next. despite being hateful most of the time, jago believes he can woo anyone into following him. he is a born leader and will stop at nothing to prove himself as the dominant male. that being said, he doesn't have many male "friends". he is constantly in a scrap if it means using valuable energy that could be used to hunt later. however, jago cannot pass up a bet. if you bet against him, he will do everything in his power to win and prove you wrong. all in all, jago is very unlikable by other dominant males, but is very loyal to his pack and mate.
history jago's story begins like most puppies. he was born to the alpha of his old pack in the northern region, his mother being the alpha's primary mate. he had three other siblings that were all girls. his father was not particularly proud that his mate had born a son, and saw jago as a threat just as he had seen jago's older brother (inaeo) a few years prior. inaeo was allowed to stay in the pack as long as he kept his distane from all of the pack females. as jago grew older, inaeo taught him the ways of combat, once accidentally biting his tail off after rough-housing for too long. when jago reached his first year, his father noticed his muscles growing in much faster than they should have and noted jago's aggressive behavior towards other males. he was an obvious threat, and with that his father asked him to leave. being the son of an alpha, it was in his blood to fight for what he wanted, for pride, and for respect. jago and his father fought a mighty battle, but eventually jago pinned the much older male and bit half of his top lip right from his body. jago was in a bloody rage, coming to once the taste of blood hit his mouth. he noticed what he had done and ran from the scene, never to return to the pack again.
