Ruieze Fields
Open fields and soft grass...

She seems soothed by what I have to say but something still seems to bother her. She's very thoughtful and it's like she's had a sad childhood. I wish I knew how to comfort her but of course no one can change the past. She tells me a little about herself and then asks how much I know of the free lands. I consider. "Well only a little really. I went exploring with my brother some but then..." I stop abruptly as I gulp. Yes, there was the day he took me out to find the wolf that supposedly killed our father. What I didn't know was what we were going to do once we found him. Then we did and Solitaire attacked. The wolf fought back and I had to step in and things got out of hand. Before I knew it, the wolf was dead. By MY bite. It's taken me a long time to get over it. I'm not a killer but I did kill a wolf. Finally I look back at her, not wanting to be rude. "I haven't been out of Glorall in a long time." I admit in a smaller voice. She tells me her name is Taji and I smile and bow my head. "Well it's an honor to meet you, Taji." I look around before smirking. "I bet you know a lot about the open lands. Do you have any favorite places?" Tristan.male.8 years old.son of |
