Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

Return to Lunar Children

old world underground i never knew you
but i've seen your face everywhere
Jaeger had no recollection of who he was before, he had no idea of his former innocence and light. It was truly sad that had been beaten out of him, traits that so very few wolves possessed outside of puppyhood. He gave a small smile at Orifel's comment. "I suppose not." The words were meaningless to him- after all, how could he miss what he didn't remember? But he was glad that his brother seemed to be relieved- the colorful boy seemed to be frightened and angry. Jaeger didn't want to make anybody feel that way about his situation but he supposed that it couldn't really be helped.

His ears flicked forward as Orifel translated the phrase and explained the memory. Jaeger's tail gave a small few wags. "It's good to know that it's a real memory..." He said with a small shrug. It was hard to tell what was real and what wasn't, both due to the fragmentation of his memories and the things that he heard with no provocation.

The next translation caused him to frown, and he squeezed his eyes shut- perhaps he would have been better off not knowing what those tormenting words meant. Jaeger could tell that Orifel was not happy with telling him what the words meant, and he said to forget them- the red-breasted boy wished that he could. But no, they haunted him day and night, following him around like a thundercloud just above his head. "I can try." He said without much enthusiasm, taking a few steps to follow his brother towards... home.

Jaeger followed closely, listening to the words and gaining some comfort from them. "Thank you, Orifel, and no I don't remember, but if our mother is anything like you then I believe you." He said with a crooked smile, tail giving a few waves. "Of course."
