She had enjoyed her time to far with Roman, they had seemed to pick up as old friends almost immediately. Although the woman was nothing akin to a tour guide, she had tried her best to show him around- but mostly they had been enjoying each other's company, hunting and talking and spending nights beneath the stars. It felt nice to have another warm body during these cold months. Morrigan was no stranger to time spent alone, and her leaving the swamp was still fresh in her mind. She couldn't see herself doing that now, not since meeting Taika and Roman especially.
Her ears pricked as the howl reached them, and her face lit up when she recognized the voice of Taika. Morrigan followed Roman closely, dashing through the snow which flied up in flurries around her legs. A laugh escaped her muzzle at his impressive bounding- like the gypsy they were racing to meet, signs of childish play also filled her heart with glee. She thought that her and the brute had taught each other a lot of things in the time that they had spent together so far. They had softened each other, in different ways, and Morrigan was certainly better off for it.
They arrived soon enough, and not only did Morrigan spot the chocolate-brown woman but a stranger as well. She raised an eyebrow at the comment. "Will you be providing for all us ladies, Roman?" She teased, her inky eyes sparkling with amusement. "Quite the noble gesture." She was not willing to lay off her teasing, after all the male had been putting up with it for some time now. It was simply procedure, at this point.
"It's good to see you again, Taika." Morrigan greeted warmly once Roman had finished his introductions. Then to the stranger she turned, her head at a slight curious tilt. "And to you," she began, tail giving a few close wags- she had not lost that guardedness quite yet- and maw twisted into a crooked sort-of smile, "My name's Morrigan."
