Thanks Jim!

We could get some preliminary nominations out of the way right here. Would need a new thread for each nomination. Then a second for each. Finally the person being nominated would need to accept the nomination. Votes would then be done at the meeting. Could even print up ballots to make it a secret vote. Better than trying to hash them for an hour.
