...and I'm every one of them
Violence was second nature to the girl. She reveled in the blood she spilled when her fangs found purchase into those that dared to try and brace her storm. Instinct demands she lash out as she does, yet Eden would have her suppress her actions. It confused Keturah, she saw no need to hide her wrath for those who dared to toy with it would surely be cut down. Fury had kept the girl strong, her brothers were too soft and nice which made them weak. Despite this, her mother had made her go to her half brother's teachings, much to her displeasure. Her mind was closed tighter than the shell of a clam, it would take a lot of prying on the alpha's part to try and get her to open it. Regardless of if the the ocean king was able to change her or not, she would be great.
The boy reacts with enthusiasm to her aggression. She does not give her masochist nephew the pleasure of her fangs and claws, for now she sheaths them. The daughter of Ava invades his personal space to make the message clear on just who was superior, the dominance she exudes almost overwhelming in these moments. The strange boy before her was no threat, allowing the girl's body posture to change from defensive to outright aggressive. Keturah's patience was a ticking time bomb, and when it ended and blew up, her relative would be caught in the blast radius. It would be wise if he answered her questions quickly and to her liking before kindly taking his presence somewhere else, to annoy some other wolf.
Golden eyes cut into the boy, waiting for an answer the the questions she had hissed out. He pretended to not be afraid of her, but his ignorance would end badly for him in the end. He smiles at her slightly, head tilting. "Has your mother not taught you," he says, staring right back into her poisonous gaze, "to watch your prey closely?" A snarl builds up in her chest in response as he takes a step closer to her. She found no amusement in his words, she was no prey and she knew that he also knew this, whatever game he was playing was not one she wished to partake in. "What a pathetic predator then, to simply watch and not act," her words are an insult, harsh and cold. If he was really a predator, he would have watched and then struck, it was how nature demanded it to be. He was, instead, proving to be weak; his weakness a direct result of his bizarre behavior and personality.
