In the subject line type: Nomination for xxxxxx (position) eg. Nomination for President.
In your post type the following:
1. I hereby nominate xxxxxx (name).
You can add some supporting text if you like but the nomination would be sufficient.
2. Then we will need another member to second that posting by using the reply feature. A simple "second" in the message body is all that is needed. You can add some supporting text but the "second" is the important part of it.
3. Then we will need the nominated person to reply with an acceptance or refusal of that nomination. A post with the message of accept or no thanks will be sufficient.
So in all there should only be 3 total posts for a single nomination. A nomination, followed by a second, and then finally a response by the nominee.
