During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

A M E I R A

When finally she had acquiesced to her parent's decree, Ameira had been sent off to the far off pack with the laird that her parents had chosen for her. By the time she arrived, she was tired, and thankfully had been allowed to rest. When she awoke, it was to a scrumptious breakfast set at her nares that was of skinned coney. Ameira had eaten it cautiously, but her hunger had quickly overcome her and she had eaten all of it, stripping each bone. When she had emerged from the den that she had been set up in, she had been led by a servant to a large laird, nearly size and a half of a father. His gorgeous coat had sheened a clean, pure black that had reflected the sun's surface in rays. His bright emerald eyes had lain upon her, and then he did the last thing that she ever expected of him - he smiled at her and bowed. That was the first time when Ameira thought that her life may not be as terrible as she originally thought.

Horizon had called her brave upon the cliff, and pledged to her his support. It was some of the kindest words she had ever heard, especially aside from those told to her by her mother or her siblings. Together, the pair had moved to the edge of the cliff and peered at the lands below, where trees were hardly more than specks and vargs could not be seen at all. He asked her where she wanted to take root, but she had remained silent, not knowing exactly where she was going.

That had been weeks ago, but now she was fully settled into to this new land that was all of her own. A smile came upon her maw when suddenly and unexpectedly, she heard Horizon's voice once more. Not a word, but a sharp sound that beckoned for her. The lassie's paws pushed off from the ground and she trotted toward the boundary, moving toward him swiftly. As she moved, her lavenders swept from side to side. All of this territory was still unknown to her, and so every time that she travelled, she did it in such a way to learn more about it. When finally the brute came into her side, his brows were brought together, a worried look upon his facade. Ameira smiled and barked at him, hoping to allay such feelings quickly. Her bodice ceased before him and her tongue lolled out, showing her excitement. "I did it, Horizon, I did what I told you!" Her cranium turned and she gestured to the land behind her with a single paw. "This is my pack now... This is my home and I am its Queen!"
