Each wound burned and ached, but it didn’t stop me from fighting. Warrior blood burned so hot in my veins that nothing could stop me from continuing to fight and press forward despite my wounds. Perhaps I am weak for holding back now, not pressing into her and fighting her at my fullest extent, but I don’t feel a need too. Being able to practice restraint was just as valuable as being able to lash out over and over like unfeeling beast. Least I thought so, however I can tell this is not what she is looking for now. She wants me to let lose, show all my skills, to fight back and dominate to the best of my ability. I can’t deny though the affinity I have for her, though now. Perhaps it is just the heat of the battle, or just hers, but I think it was making me hold back more than I normally would. I wanted her to notice my natural ability and skills, and not laugh in my face over them.

I think my neck hurts the worst as I shove her away, my maw bloodied by the wound I just put into her chest. My white ears are alert and forward and my icy blue and green flecked eyes narrow as she taunts me. I want to be good enough for her, I will keep fighting until she sees that. I need to prove that I am learning. She doesn’t give me much time to recover, rushing at me again and this time I am ready to take whatever it is she dishes out. Fine. She wants me to be an animal… fine I will be the beast she wants if it means she will recognize me finally. I savage snarl emits from my maw, stepping back as she feints towards my legs, leaving her face in clearer view. I notice instead as she aims to hit my muzzle my own mouth seeks to enclose dominantly over her own, to grab it and hold it shut snarling all the while, hoping to interrupt the chain where she dives at my trachea. I stiffen my sore neck out to keep her away from my throat if I make contact and if not I will step away further putting space between us if I miss.

She doesn’t let off though, not that I expected her too, she pushes into me placing her head into my chest leaving her back exposed I bounce forward rather than back , making us look rather ridiculous my stomach more on her head now than my chest as a savagely snap and aim to grab her back with my fangs and hold on if I can. Perhaps she hadn’t been expecting that aiming to push me back instead of expecting me to bound forward. However, she still succeeds in throwing me off, though if I made contact I still hold even as I fall away, potentially tearing her flesh from her own movement. If I didn’t well it would be a rather uncomfortable pain to my lower chest and stomach as she pressed into me and throws me completely to the ground. My stomach felt uncomfortable amount of pressure, and I almost landed completely on my side as she heaved me off. I was agile though, my light frame quickly regaining itself as I dive at her again snapping at her closest front leg aiming to pull it out from under her and put her on the ground. She wanted me to be just as monstrous and relentless as her, well she finally got it.
