Vipera
Vipera gave a short wail of fright as a voice spoke out so close to her. The masculine lyrics were smooth but not calming, they made her hackles raise alone her spine. She was sure she was alone when her journey started, but should have probably listened to her gut instincts. She had sensed something of about the cavern but was stubborn about continuing. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Quickly she whirled around to face the stranger who had seemingly appeared out of thin air. He was a sight for sore eyes, if she was being honest. His coat was white and clean, only marked by inky blackness around his eyes, nose and lips. What interesting markings... She thought in awe before remembering the real danger she had managed to put herself in.
You're alone?
Vipera asked carefully, not only responding appropriately to his initial statement but also trying to figure out just how deep in the proverbial shit she was. She hoped with everything in her that he'd say he was alone. One on one she might have a fighting chance, but outnumbered she'd be... well, outnumbered. Especially in the dark, slippery environment she had been so hell bent on exploring just moments before. Since she hadn't even noticed this wolf before he made his presence known, she wouldn't be surprised if there were others.
