Enocra Woodland

Pine, spruce and firs alike...
Dense coniferous forests cover the woodlands, with clearings, paths and the occasional wildberry shrub throughout. Pine, spruce and fir make up much of the forest in the east, with the forest becoming swampier in the west towards Mecor Valley. In the west, cypress trees dominate, with fallen trees creating bridges across and throughout the stillwaters.

Lacuna Her name has drifted through his consciousness since the silvery wolf had first caught his eye, even more so when her presence was scarce. The silvery queen who had accepted and denied him. Every fiber of his being urged to dominate her this winter. Impregnate her and secure the desirable female as his; like he had done with Ailith and Jaidah. Yet all winter the vixen had managed to mostly avoid him; except now.

The monster will play her games. He will give in to her desires - and hopefully next year she would give in to his will. Massive paws pound against the earth, the snow muffling the thunder his strides usually cause. Trees grow thicker allowing her lithe form to dip in and out of sight as he hunts her. The beast slows when her form fails to reappear, the trail fading to a stop. Pale lavender eyes roam over the trees as he inhales deeper to find her scent.

The beast draws closer to where Lacuna hides in wait and when he does his beauty is ready. So this is what my queen desired? A game. If that was what she needed that was what he would give her. Lacuna pounces, half landing on the massive alabaster and strawberry beast before he sidesteps. Hanging his head low, as if guarding his throat from an attacker Mars gets into an attack position, flashing his beauty a devilishly handsome smile as he does so, and lunges out quickly.

Jaws part just enough for him to nip at her scruff and dot her with his nose as he does. It had been years since a creature had tried to ‘play’ with him. His silver queen never failed to surprise him.
