Re(5): Captain Mona Shindy

Nidal Hasan, a U.S. Army major and psychiatrist, fatally shot 13 people at Fort Hood.

He was definitely NO Brother in Arms.

While the military are trying different areas to entice folks of different religions and ethnic cultures into the armed service (and police forces) there should be one rule for all to follow.

If folks don't like the uniform as it stands then don't join.

Folks join the military for different reasons. If these reasons include changing the uniform to suit oneself then DON'T!

A few reason to join the military I am sure there are other.
Patriotism, defending our nation, and a sense of duty.
Pay and benefits.
Full medical coverage
Skills and training.
Leadership opportunities.
Travel opportunities
