Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

heaven can't help me now

Contentment and happiness have overtaken her, finally. Resting in her airy den she had first claimed in the crags Aaliyah dream peacefully of her father. They sit together, evenly alabaster toned fur meshing into the others and they lean into one another. She tells her father of everything that's happened since their last visit. Of Helios, of running from Tobias, and of the new litter of puppies she will deliver in the spring.

The words pour from her ivory lips with excitement. The new life growing within her had finally given her a reason to want to live; once again the world was a bright wonderous thing. Heyel is happy, congratulating her and licking her forward in affection. Something seems off; it's almost as if he knows something that saddens him greatly. A certain gleam in his eye as if some bad news weighs heavily upon him. But before the angel masked wolf can insist he tell her what was the matter she wakes up, sunlight streaming brightly into her teal and obsidian eyes.

The distress in her father's eyes is easily forgotten as the lady basks in both the afternoon sun and the good parts of the dream. Stretching herself leisurely halfway out of her den Aaliyah pokes her elegant skull out first checking to see if anyones around before pulling her lithe form the rest of the way out. The wolf stretches once more before heading away from her den and towards a nearby stream that gleamed and gurgled invitingly. Today would be a good day, she thought lapping up the cool crystalline waters.
