The only Blanchard coat of arms that is registered with the College of Arms is:
Gules, a chevron d'or, in chief two bezants of the first, and in base a griffin's head erased
I have never seen a Blanchard coat of arms, official or otherwise, that contains ermine. However, it could be that it belongs to a French Blanchard, in which case I would look at Reistap's Armorial. Do you have the name of this Blanchard lady who married Rev Samuel Webb?
