The Court ruled in favor of our Attorney and against the Insurance Co.
What I will never understand is why the Trustees at that time did not settle for the $30,000.00 ( thirty thousand ) they were offered back some 7 or 8 yrs ago.
I also will never understand why the Board paid the Plan Attorneys, when the Insurance Co. furnished one for free.
Our Fund shelled out a total, to date, of $856,580.41( Eight Hundred Fifty Six thousand Five Hundred Eighty Dollars and Forty One cents ).This has not been paid for by the Insurance Co. , AS YET. ( and probably will not ).
Hopefully the present and future Trustees will learn by mistakes of the past and not waste so much of the Funds Assets.
