Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

LIKE A WALK IN THE PARK, LIKE A HOLE IN YOUR HEAD
She was hunting. Tracking a beautiful fox with a pelt as orange as fire, who had so far eluded her. But Ehiyeh had the scent, and she was always looking for new things to add to her collection. The fox had led her past the borders of Glorall and into the crags, and the girl was growing frustrated. She certainly hadn't expected, setting out, that it would be this tricky, but foxes were supposed to be wily creatures. Her brother had had one, so why shouldn't she? They were friends to him, but trophies to her, and she was determined to fill her den with the rotting carcasses of every animal in Moladion. Maggots had set in on some when spring came but she refused to dispose of them- she had worked hard for every squirrel, seabird, and even the prized lynx that was set near the entrance to her den.

Ehiyeh refused to give up on the hunt, her nose was pressed to the ground and her entire body seemed to vibrate with excitement and energy. This was when she was truly alive, and it took no one else aside from herself to feel this way. She didn't need anyone else, no, she was perfectly fine hunting and living on her own in her cave by the sea. She certainly wasn't lonely because her trophies made the best listeners of them all, and to make it even better, they never talked back either. Perhaps it was because she wasn't very good at interacting with others, but she absolutely abhored any kind of social interaction. Out here, though, she knew it was a very real possibility that she would be approached by someone trying to be friendly. Disgusting.
