As announced in August after 20 years I am stepping down as race director of the H R 25k , there as been no interest thus far and if no one agrees to take on this roll within the next 2 weeks the event will be cancelled and removed from the race calendar , if someone has interest they should contact me asap and I will meet with them and discuss the details such as sponsorship etc etc after 42 years and this event been the longest serving in years road race on PEI it would be a shame to see it gone however there comes a time for someone new to take on this roll and the Harvest Festival committee needs to know asap as well , there is a race directors meeting Thursday in Summerside that should be attended so if anyone is interested let me know , you can response via this message board , e-mail me or phone 902-836-4124
