In the Movie, the astronaught is determined to survive. Faced with multiple problems and meager resources, he saves himself by solving one problem at a time.
Thanks to Terri and Jacks gifts, I am in the same situation. Utilizing the laptop and Notebook, without costing myself more money, or just getting them set up and working has proved to be as challenging as trying to stay alive on Mars.
So far, getting this laptop has cost me two afternoons at Verizon and one mornings phonecall with ATT. As you can see it would seem to be working, but not everything will load.. I will probably go back to
Verizon this afternoon, before the blizzard hits. (If it does).
The good news is that Jacks gift is actually a desktop and Bob will come next week to set it up. Thank God. I really didn't know what to do with 3 laptops.
