Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

Liah✿

I want to learn to love in kind

The poor young male looked a little uncomfortable, something that Liah would have to take time to get used to. She was certainly being a little more brave than him, but then again, he had something very relaxing about him. Maybe she lacked that. Orange halo'd eyes would soften considerably, scooting herself to give Herschel some space and casually thump her tail against the fine sand. She hadn't picked up that he was quite nervous, otherwise she would have been much more careful of her actions. She beat herself up about it in her head for it. Okay, it was time to pull herself back together and keep him encouraged.

He agreed to her suggestion, in which she felt relieved to hear. One thing about Liah's interest in boys was not so much looks, but their personality and passions. Despite this, she couldn't help but to find his adorably pink nose and eyes to be appealing; the leucistic color of his skin was something she had never seen in any other wolf before. It did not seem harmful, the condition, as he was a healthy wolf. Maybe she was wrong. Whatever it was, she quite liked it and would have to bring it up later.

Her interest in stars seems to stir something in him and her ears were tilted toward him so she could listen carefully. There was something he began with that confused her, and yet she also kind of understood. Stories about the stars may or may not be true. She supposed that there was no way to tell for sure, no proof. Fair enough. This statement would allow her to believe Herschel on his word, as at least he was careful to let her know what about the stars was debatable. Foretelling was something she had never thought of before, something that seemed to intrigue her the most about these stars. As he explains a story, she imagines the black starry night being over her head now. She wondered what hers would look like, possibly just a bright white star, but she had black markings too. What were black wolves's stars supposed to look like? Maybe a more dim star. Maybe they appear as something entirely different. She decided not to ask a billion questions all at once.

Once he is done, she remains quiet in thought. She was building up the momentum to say something, left ear twitching nervously while her brain had scattered. "Chel," she began quite shyly, "what you say about the stars is fascinating. I think, well," she trailed off, losing focus and growing more nervous, "what do you think about watching the stars with me one night? If it wouldn't bother you, that is. You would make star gazing very fun with your knowledge and stories." Her eyes were a little pleading, only in excitement as she would love to learn more about this passion of his. Maybe he could read something futuristic, which would excite her for sure. "My sister and I have plans to visit Taviora to see our parents every now and then." It couldn't hurt to try, as she knows her sister would have her back and distract their mother so that Liah could spend some time with Herschel. All three of the sisters had each other's backs. "I think about Taviora constantly, it would certainly be less dramatic there." she added in an almost mumble. Thoughts about keeping her sister company would always come right after that, however, and knock the idea down to a pulp. Her sister didn't necessarily need Liah there, but she still felt inclined to make sure her adorable, quiet sister Lailah would truly be safe with her imprint.
