Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

There were no orders this time, nothing but her own will took her away from Taviora and towards the lands of Glorall.

Zeltzin had left quickly when word reached the forest that Glorall had been challenged. She wasn’t sure what she was to Eden its alpha, but she knew that she wanted to go check upon his wellbeing. Surely he was fine, last time his wounds were well attended too but she couldn’t help but grab her bag and begin running across Moladion to the ocean side pack. Her herbs were growing scarce in supply given how many mothers had birthed this season in terms of pain relievers. None of the plants were cryophilic in nature that she used commonly to treat pain, but she had plenty of aloe to go around. She doubted she would need it. Again, the last she saw Eden he had been treated expertly by the healer within Glorall. She gathered his name was Hadrian, born from the angels and looking for more. If she recalled he may even have been a brother to Shiloh.

Regardless she had to make it to Glorall. The challenge surely would be over by the time she arrived, and over it was. Upon reaching the border she could smell blood in the air, the thick iron scent of it prevelant even with the ocean’s salt. She knew she was welcome here, that she was assured of last she talked with Eden and began teaching him some healing basics. She moved into the territory quickly following his scent until she spotted the two large males together in the sand.

Already he was almost completely taken care of. She could hear their two low voices carrying along in the wind and her eyes moved to each in turn as she placed her bag down and approached them. Her tail waved in a friendly manner looking over the unfamiliar male and bowing her head to him before doing the same to Eden. Relief washed over her to see him well, his wounds didn’t look bad from what she could tell and obviously he had been victorious in his battle. Zeltzin couldn’t place her feelings and exactly what it was she felt towards Eden. A friend perhaps was best but she felt sometimes more connected to him than she should because of her imprint bond and his similarities to him. Right now though she was happy to see he was being taken well care of again by who she assmed was Hadrian.

”I would like to think all packs but Iromar have decent healers, Eden, but that’s just me.” She chimes lightly as she approaches. ”Though I am curious to why you are curious.” She grins at him her tail waving lightly as she closes the last bit of distance between herself and the two males.

”You must be Hadrian. It’s a pleasure to meet you. I am Zeltzin, Shaman of Taviora. I had the honor of seeing your work before on Eden.” She has no idea of his true nature, but she’s kind all the less, tail waving lightly as she looked over the black and white male observing his current work. Surely he must be curious to why she appeared when she was Taviora’s healer but again she didn’t really even know the answer. For now he would just have to put up with her watching over his shoulder.
