The call had come from the mountains and it gave Isolde a chance to break from the rut she had found herself in. Not knowing what else to do, she trotted towards the towering mountains without a goal in mind. As she moved, she thought about how things were going. They certainly weren’t bad, she had found many of her siblings and confirmed that they were doing well for themselves, but they weren’t going well either. The wolfess had finally reached adulthood and it was time that she start thinking about her life in a way she never had before.

A home, someplace she could officially call her own. Where she could help others and make a name for herself. There were many packs available to her and while she had thought about Diveen, it didn’t seem to fit with her. Aurai and Viserys thrived well there. But she had not. No, the young princess needed something else. Perhaps this is what she was meant to do for now. Visit each pack until she found the “one”. With a new goal in mind, the russet girl moved with a skip in her step towards the mountains.

It didn’t take her long to find the place the other wolfess had talked about. There were already several others gathered there. Part of her wanted to join the fray, but something else made her hang back. It wasn’t like her to be shy but she didn’t recognize any of them and this place was unfamiliar. With a small whine, she waited until her nerves allowed her to move forward or until someone noticed her and helped her break the ice.
