Constitutional Amendments
For the first time, since the original document was drafted in the 1970's, The PEI Roadrunners Club Constitution is getting updated! Pursuant to the present Constitution, amendments, additions & deletions may only be voted on at Annual or Special General Meetings and the Club is to forward, or cause to be forwarded, to you the Notice of Motion of this proposal, at least 30 days before said meeting. So here it is:
A two-thirds majority of the voting members present will be required.
