Blood for blood. The words have haunted her for some days, her uncertainty growing stronger with each passing moment as she contemplates what the strange boy might have meant.
Lonhro. She remembers his name too, twirling it around in her mouth like a flavor and yet, it brings no answers with it. She can merely speculate and ponder, her paws growing itchier and itchier with each moment spent in the realm of unknowing. She cannot fathom a curiosity stronger and so, she is a wanderer once more as she drifts towards the northern regions of Moladion.
She has not been to such a place before. She has been away - gone - and so, she is surprised to find the paths that lead beyond the forests and its pack. They weave through the woodlands, flattened and well worn by the paws of others. She places her paws in their pawprints, pondering the possibilities that such marks lead towards. To think - a pack in the far north? It baffles her. She had thought all along that they had spread as far and wide as they could within Moladion and yet, she has been lured further and further away from the realms of comfort.
Eventually, she finds the forest open up into a wide expanse of grass; a sea of green stretches out before her, a breeze rolling in from the ocean. It brings with it the distinct scent of this Lonhro boy and she pauses to consider the world beyond the woods. She smells the borders ahead, thick with the musk of two leaders. She tilts her head as she considers it, mulling her options over as her toes dance in the grass beneath her. The sun rises slowly in the east, casting golden light across this ocean of foliage; she watches the land beyond, seeking out some answer and yet, it never comes. She can only breathe out with a quiet sigh and step forward, approaching the borders with tentative grace. She is a star out at the wrong time, unsure and sobered by her surroundings as she pauses here and there.
She waits some distance from the heavily marked borders. She is not so confident in her approach, preferring the comfort of distance before she lifts her muzzle to call for him. She seeks him out and yet, she seeks his answers all the more. She does not know why he has lured her here and yet, she is curious enough for once to take initiative. For now, it serves to bury Malum away in the night, her mind focused on some new prospect finally.
