Romance is in the air...this is probably the most beautiful and scenic place in Blossom Forest. For the athletic and determined to come with their mates, for time away from pups. Only adults may come here; some of the ledges are too far apart for teens or pups to cross and some too high to scale.

The rest of the winter had gone on without much to bark at, the deep snow banks making Apollonia spend most of the days and nights within the warmth of her den, her body heat recycling within the dens boundaries as a fire would for a human. She saw hardly any within the pack and wondered how the rest of them were fairing the winter, especially after their attack on the moose. The battle had been hard won, but the felling of a bull and the taking of the calf corpse had been enough to feed the pack through the rest of the winter. Apollonia herself had taken a limb back to the confines of her home, and though she had had to drag it, she knew that it was worth the effort. It would keep well in the snow outside of her den, with the temperatures being cold enough to keep the meat good until Apollonia managed to finish all of it. By the end, it was well frozen and drained of flavoring, but it continued to give her sustenance.

But by the time winter ended and spring came, all of the snow melted leaving naught but mud in its wake and a set of bones that once had held flesh. She had begun to adventure out, see what damage had been wrought by the continuous noreasters, but then instead she came upon a set of tracks. Though the mud muttled the scent that accompanied the paw prints, she faintly recognized them as belonging to Oliver – the ivoried kalak that she had previously accepted into the pack… except his tracks were leading out of the pack, and by the distance between each step, it looked like he was moving at quite the fast clip.

Apollonia kept low to the ground and took off, running quickly though not at full pace so that she would not fall and slip on accident in the deep mud. She was confused, perhaps, when she found that his tracks began to ascend up the steep slope of the cliff, but she did not stop or slow. But when she reached the peak, panting and dripping wet, both from sweat and from the light mist that hung about them, the sky threatening to open up and full on downpour, she ceased her motions. “What in the ever loving hell are you doing up here Oliver?

"I will vanquish all evil," She growls.
