Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

She sighed poking about in little hole in search of something delicious. She wouldn’t give it a head start again. The breeze picked up mixing and swirling the scents of the mostly open landscape. She inhaled and became alerted when she smelt another of your kind but it did’t smell of the crazed male that had attacked her still she was cautious to let her guard down. Charlotte lifted her head from her searing for food to now that of searching for the others presence.

Light gray and emerald green eyes find themselves placed on another fem a small distance from herself. She was lean and slightly taller, Charlotte’s ears perked glancing over the girl’s light gray coat and how it darkened around her neck. She looks rather soft too but she knew it wasn’t proper to just brush against someone to feel their coat so she quickly allowed it to slip her mind as she turned to face the girl better.

As the girl approached her tail waved slightly she didn’t seem to hostile and was perhaps very friendly. “Yes. Well, I could have chased it longer I guess. I am assured more snacks are around here that would require less energy to capture. Mother and Father makes hunting look rather easy but it’s still a little difficult to hunt for things that are large. The hares I seem to be abundant; spring has been good to them I would like to think.” She answers softly sniffing at the breeze the scent of fresh rain closing the distance.

The fem spoke again brining her back from her thoughts. As the female spoke again she was slightly taken back. The butterfly masked girls tail stopped wagging, the girl before her spoke like she was Mother. “My family had just come back to this land and I wanted to explore. I was born here by the sea my Mother said to me. They had lived their for a few years and my other siblings had been born by the sea too. Mother stays with father mostly and I with them but they need space too. My family, we have no pack but I don’t know about my siblings.” She sighed she was sure all but one of her siblings didn’t favor her much but she had to get to know them better.

Her sore mood dissipated as quickly as it had arrived as she met the gaze of the other girl. “My name is Charlotte, what is your name miss?” She as cheerily her tail now happily wagging once again. Thunder snapped in the distance making the girls fur raise slightly almost unnoticeably. “What about you miss? You are pretty you will get wet too when it storms.” She said complimenting the girl. Kindness was simple in her nature perhaps she was too outspoken or too soft but she loved to have fun and play. She smiled lightly at the girl before waiting for an answer.
