<I>A Lily No Longer</I>

During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

The sight of Ameira approaching caused the stranger who called to sit upon the earth, and once she spoke, the stranger dipped her head before speaking, her words quick and quiet, and the lady was only able to pick up on a few key words. 'Karla...bears...join' Ameira's auds drooped slightly, wounded and feeling pity for this lassie, but then she became slightly confused and straightened herself before folding her limbs underneath her, ending up in a seated position in front of her. "Hello, Karla. I am sorry to hear about your home, would you happen to be from Bright Moon? A few others just recently arrived here, also, seeking a place for safe haven." Ameira had stayed in the shadows, wanting to see what her pack members would do and how they would deal with the situation, and truthfully had been more focused upon what they had said than what the arrived members had said - if Horizon and Artemis accepted them, then it would be for good reasons and in good logical standing. "I believe there was Summer and Nzingha... The other was... Danger I do believe. They too recounted their struggles." The snowy lass paused, waiting to see what the wolf would say before continuing. "Just as my ranked members accepted them, so I accept you. Please become comfortable here, and though it is not Bright Moon, I do hope you will start to consider this your home."
