Glaesfaet Sceawere is the name gifted to the mother river that flows through the center of Blossom Forest, bringing life and sustenance to all of the lands. It breaks off in many places, giving birth to smaller streams and estuaries, but the main body flows from the lake high in the north in Dierne Hrof all the way south down through Uyaraut to empty into the ocean. It is a fresh water river, but down through Uyaraut, the salt water does taint it. In places, parts of the river are underground and run through caverns unseen from aboveground.

Water buffalo grace these shores - with plenty of meat, though at a dangerous cost. Many river trout leap upstream daily.

THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE WATER . . . [mass thread!]
IP: 140.254.227.91

The unusually wet winter caused more than its fair share of flooding during the miserable seasonóand that flooding caused a significant amount of erosion in the Misty Mountain foothills where Romance River gushes forth. A mysterious mineral thatís been thus far safely packed beneath layers of stone has entered the water . . . and itís doing some strange things to the wolves who drink it. Whatís that weird hot tingling sensation under your fur? Why is it suddenly so hard to speak? How is it that youíre looking at other lupines as if youíve never seen them before? Maybe itís a familiar feeling, maybe itís something youíve never felt beforeóbut there is no denying the bizarre bundle of energy turning you inside out!

RULES AND GUIDELINES:
To make things easier for people, make sure you mention who you're addressing (or physically doing something with) and who you might just be looking at. For example, if in my post my wolf sees someone but talks to someone else, I would put this at the bottom of my post -
mention: Losa (sees by the river)
action: Skrillex (licks muzzle)

This should help everyone keep track of what's going on in the thread! Remember: the mineral is doing all sorts of strange stuff. What makes one wolf moony and fuzzy might make another wolf frantic and desperate. Have fun!
