Malignant Felicity is a paradisaical abode to the faithful remains of a mighty pack. Once ruled by the magnificent wolf Genocide, now the wolves of this pack follow the laws of the Alpha Lance, son of Sorna, Beta and Genocide's best friend...

The sounds of crashing water fill your auds as you enter this tropical paradise. The tall trunks tower above you. The treetop canopy's seem to shade the beautiful land from the sun's rays. What a paradise this place seems. This place dubbed Malignant Felicity. As you draw closer to the boarders a stench slowly devours the air around you. The stench of death.

"Beware..." scream the birds from above you. "She kills for games. She kills for fun." Something deep inside tells you to listen. Your body tells you not to go no further. Do you listen or do you dare move into the pack borders. This could be a life or death decision...

Follow the Queen, or become a corpse that lines her border. The choice lies with you.

A Promise Was Made

The blind fae smiled at him before introducing herself. ‘My name is Elpis, Drizzt, your mother does know you’re in danger out here right?’ Drizzt shook his head slightly. “No, ma’am. My mother has been absent…” He paused, realizing that once again, he had spoken ill of his mother. “…Not that she isn’t a good mother. She just has been… busy is all.” Drizzt turned to face the fae who spoke more. He had asked her a multitude of questions, as to whether or not he should be alone, especially here. Her response was perhaps most interesting of all. ‘This is my first time in a pack, so I don’t know, nor do I care, if you should have someone with you or not. I suppose you should just make sure not to get yourself hurt or killed out here. Oh, and I’m Valkyrie.’ The snowy pupling dipped his head to each ess, silently thanking them for sharing with him their names. “It is my pleasure to meet each of you, Elpis, Valkyrie.

But he was cut off by her yet again as she continued to inquire about him. “Oh, Father wanted to look after me, but I could not just up and leave Mother alone. Family is very important, after all, and if one of us had not left with her she would have been… Alone…” His vocals fell into silence, not wanting to dig himself into an even deeper hole. He knew that his mother was unique in her background, and that she had not desired pups. She was, at least in Drizzt’s lilacs, doing the best she could - she knew nothing of being a maternal role model and Drizzt knew nothing of mothers. He didn’t know that they were meant to be caring and protective, that they were supposed to cuddle you and teach you the ways of the world. Though he had some brief weeks with his father, that was long ago and he hardly remembered the tenderness that had been given him.

But he would be lying if he said he knew he belonged here. He had no friends, no connection, and felt out of place. He wanted to impress his mother and become a powerful fighter, but he had no teacher. He wanted to belong somewhere, along with fulfill his obligation to his father, brother, and sisters. He had promised them that one day, he would return. That that one day when he and Hocus had left would not be his last time seeing them. But he had only seen his grandfather a few times, and not his father or siblings at all. Kalgalath had explained it - Aindreas had been unable to leave the pups alone, except for when Adara was available to watch them, and the pack had been so quiet he had not felt comfortable leaving them completely alone. Drizzt did not fault them at all, but he did miss them. And he wished, more than anything, that someday he would see more than the dark lands that had become his home.
