Quarrels Clearing is at the far edge of Blossom Forest. This is where fights should be held when initiated by a challenge.
Before you fight or challenge someone, read these rules:
Striker thought he would expect a small muzzle between his ivories, but was shocked when he grabbed onto the thicker bone above the shoulder. He thrust himself onto his back foot, the one that was fully intact, and twisted. A loud pop flushed down his towers, feeling the entire leg surface out from the joint. His teeth dug into the flesh around the leg, keeping the girl in his jaws before he let go and she hit the ground. But the vixen moved fast, standing and suddenly popping the shoulder back into place. So that was how she was going to play. A rogue's game. Whatever honor and respect she had shown him earlier now meant nothing, a flash of something in his orbs the only thing close to an emotion under the sun that would be shown for the rest of the evening. He pushed everything inside of him. He would not fight with anger, pity or grief. He readied himself, and struck once more. Teeth met smooth fur and skin as he slammed the girl down to the floor, dead brown grass glinting in a deep, hellish color as the muscles were torn and the insides opened. But his face was thrust backward by the toss of a foot, and his attack was ended faster than he had anticipated. Before the King could turn once more, the vixen attacked, height scaring him as he ducked. The vixen flew over his head and grabbed onto the right side of his face, around where his ear should have been. Why do they always go for the ear? Every. Single. Time. It was in his fight that had won him Moondown Shadows that he had lost the majority of his right ear. What was left of it was a stub about two inches long, shadowing the ear canal from the middle of his head. But not anymore. Of course not. Because what was left of that side of his head was now gone, the wound reopened once again and the last little snippet of his pretty face lacerated and torn from his cranium. Blood started to pour down his face, wet and sticky as he blinked it away. He howled in angst, this pain all too familiar and he was getting very very tired of it. Very very annoyed with it. But he pulled away, his entire ear off of his body as she pulled flesh from his shoulder area as well. But as the red liquid was flowing away from his face, his deep amber orbs caught sight as she flung herself into the air. But he was ready. In fact, as the girl jumped into the air, Striker moved forward and out of the way, and as soon as she landed, the King made his move. So she would target his face again? Target the wound from a previous battle, a previous war? How very clever. How very cynical. Very well. If that was the game she would like to play, he was very glad to be apart of it. He aimed this time to have his muzzle hit the top of her nose by the bridge and across, teeth penetrating the jaw on both sides. A reopened wound an exchange for a barely missed attempt at a previous attack. His jaw was bigger than her head, canines aiming to bite down around her eyes. However, his main focus was to crush the muzzle from both sides inward. Creative, wasn’t he? If she somehow managed to move away from his grasp once more, he would latch on to the back of her scruff, pulling upward in the same fashion as the shoulder wound and shaking his head to tear as many muscles in this part of her body as possible. If she moved away completely, he would thrust himself towards the ground, hunkering low for his final attack. No matter if he missed her or his first attack had landed he would move into this final position. From the ground, he kept himself condensed and moved only with his left back leg raised above the ground. He pushed off with his front paws, doing only a small hop to grab onto the vixen’s jugular. He would grasp his jaws sideways around the windpipe and twist. Here was the moment where he would use his weight to drag the girl down, aiming to lacerate the neck and puncture the windpipe. This attack would not stop her from breathing, but the immense amounts of blood could prove to be a problem. This attack would have to be fixed quite quickly. The area around her neck would appear pink and the wounds very cleanly cut. And he would let go. If she dodged, he would grab onto the her chest and grab and shale. If he missed entirely, he would regain his position, and catch his breath. Full Hit 1/1 Half Dodge 2/2 Full Dodge 1/1 Attacks 4/4 Damage Taken: First attack is a half dodge, Dream Drop landing her first attack on his back and near his spine. There are long slashes that are pink exposed to the elements about a foot long. This is right between the spine and the actually flank of the wolf bodice. Second attack was a full hit to his right back ankle. It is now broken, and bleeding. Striker will struggle if he dares to put weight on it. Third attack hit Striker on his right ear. Where there used to be a stub there is now nothing, ear canal completely exposed and bite marks around the top of his eyes. This area is bleeding a lot, but hearing from this ear will not be limited as the ear canal was not touched at all. Fourth Attack missed Striker completely. Attack Summary: Third attack was aiming to crush her muzzle sideways, making gashes also on the near her eyes. This attack would be very hard to heal in the future, as one would almost need a surgeon to push out the sides of the face. This would also cause teeth to break. Biting would have to change, and talking would change dramatically. If half dodge, Striker would grab scruff. Fourth attack was aiming to remove the windpipe and tear apart the neck. Striker would use his weight to pull down and rip the windpipe from the neck. Bleeding will be very profuse, and breathing will be affected. However, this move is not meant to hinder breathing forever, but long deep breaths will be limited and more breath intake would have to happen in order to keep air moving to the lungs. If a half dodge, Striker would grab the chest.
