The strange excitement that had been filling her throughout their interaction only continued to multiply. It was a strange feeling to her, to be enjoying the company of another such as she was. It started to confuse and upset her, at least deep in her mind. But the rest of her allowed herself to enjoy it. She trusted Eleanor to keep the secret of her occasional ‘kindness’ and the idea that she could play nice. If she did not, she was confident the other wolf knew she would not hesitate to rip her throat out. The throat the she thirsted for even as they scuffled.

It was a little too late for her to be able to cover her throat when Eleanor snapped at it. Despoina could feel the fangs nip gently at her skin and grip her rough fur. The snarl coming from her nose lacked true anger but was filled with challenge and threat. Lips peeled back in excitement, harsh laughter mingling with the snarls. A heavy paw lifted against the woman’s face to try to shove her away. With a particularly vicious snarl Despoina used her bulk to twist and rip herself out of the other’s grasp. Taking a step back she coiled her muscles and launched herself forward in hopes of bowling her companion over.

Unwilling to her, her mouth began to twist into a real smile as they fought. You shouldn’t tempt me with a good struggle. She teased in her harsh sarcastic tones. Her tongue poked out and licked her lips hungrily. I may have to come to enjoy your company.
