Glaesfaet Sceawere is the name gifted to the mother river that flows through the center of Blossom Forest, bringing life and sustenance to all of the lands. It breaks off in many places, giving birth to smaller streams and estuaries, but the main body flows from the lake high in the north in Dierne Hrof all the way south down through Uyaraut to empty into the ocean. It is a fresh water river, but down through Uyaraut, the salt water does taint it. In places, parts of the river are underground and run through caverns unseen from aboveground.

Water buffalo grace these shores - with plenty of meat, though at a dangerous cost. Many river trout leap upstream daily.

Stormy Horizion

Soft words dance delicately through the air, a gentle cadence that flowed as smoothly as the river. Spring had melted the waters, leaving them frigid to the touch, however refreshing to Stormy's aching limbs. Aindreas stood behind Stormy, icy physique towering over the lead painted faerie's lilliputian stature. The gentle patterns of the shining knight's tongue moving over injured flesh lured the queen into a false sense of security, for little did this lass know what was in store for her, what would later become of her due to these traitorous wounds. For now, however, the salt and pepper valkyrie was satisfied to merely absorb her surroundings.

The brief telling of this marble king's rich past filled what could have possibly become an extremely awkward silence, instead this brave soul laid down and bared his bones to the girl leaving her with few questions and instead an intense need to emphasize with the regal gladiator, and a sharp longing to know him. Stormy had always had some form of companion, reigning queen or not, as long as as the diorite and andesite queen remained in the walls of Blossom someone stayed by her side and kept the lass company.

Now however, Stormy had found herself in a unique situation. Any varg the slender marionette had known in her past seemed to have either vacated the lands, or... well... died. And while the girl had Pierce serving at her side as her Beta, that colorless canine had pledged every moment he did not spend serving Stormy, serving at the side of his adored companion, Cordelia. While this did not trouble Stormy in the slightest, the young queen found herself looking for a friend, if nothing else.

These thoughts fade away as Aindreas finishes attempting to remove the dirt and debris the young girl had managed to mar her fresh wounds with, and the girl lunges, suddenly, hoping for a fish. However, her footing slips, and Stormy's peppered cranium vanishes underneath the swelling river, icy water filling her lungs as the startled ess gasps in surprise. Stormy tumbles head over tail as the current sweeps through the river, surging and dipping aggressively. After several moments, the lass resurfaces, scrabbling desperately to find footing, and choking haphazardly as she attempts to fill her lungs with air.

Stormy's cranium disappears again under the water, once, twice... Three times before she struggles to the bank, now a good thirty feet from where she had been standing. Soaked completely to the bone and feeling sheepish, amber optics search for Aindreas. Once the girl finds him again, a few mumbled, sheepish words escape her lips.

"I think I missed."
