With the current weather situation still fresh in mind and the Club Bylaws not having clear procedures for Extreme Weather, the current board members will be discussing and devising a plan for future action. Feel free to add your input. The more information we can get the better plan we can put together.

As soon as we are done with the plan we will hold a meeting at the next event to take a vote.
