At Leisure Lake the sun is always shining and only a few stray clouds roam the open sky; paradise is the one word that really describes it. This beautiful lake is clean and refreshing, the very best place to swim and fish. Pups are known to play here while older wolves watch at the side, engaged in their own activities.

In lieu of sitting, the Ethiopian Queen stood up. Her paws placed firmly into the shoreline, as her tempest amethysts roved over each wolf. Their flickering souls and burning auras becoming brighter and brighter each second. In my travels I have learned many a thing in the art of fighting, but also in that of healing. A dear friend of mine, a tundran shaman, once showed me a plant that would bring down even the most ruthless of enemies. Its name is known in many forms but its effects remain deadly none the less. Some of the simpler clans knew this plant only by its fruit, death berries. And other who knew the plant called it Yew, but no matter the name the berries will bring only death to those who consume it. Whether they be Canis lupus, Equus Caballus, or Ursidae alike. Dante paused in her speech looking to each wolf, securing in their mind the true deadliness of the herb which she spoke about. I have seen its likes growing around. The shrubbery is marked by an evergreen look and waxy, short needles. And during a time like this it would be shrouded in a halo of blood red berries. I believe with our mark of skill we may be able to use these berries to our advantage. It would be unwise to think we should get close enough to the mouth of the bear to push berries into his mouth, but we would be able to shove leaves full of berries into the hive, just before we drop it. Effectively giving us a chance to not only to stun the bear, but also poison him. And we will shift into position for our next attack as the bear tries to gather his wits about him. The time between the dropping of the hive and our next move must be as short as possible because we cannot truly know the length of time that it will take for the bear to counter us.

Dante took in a silent breath of air, gathering her own wits around her. Her brow furrowed as she pieced together who would start where.

Nimueh and Dakota you will be in charge of bringing the hive down. Nimueh I will task you with finding the berries I spoke of earlier, be sure you do not ingest these in any way. I would suggest carrying the berries in several layers of leaves for safe keeping and your safety, more than anything. The rest of you will stay with me to create the illusion of numbers. While the bear is disoriented I will expect nothing short of ferocity and your damndest attempt to scare the creature, but should this not be enough we will commence attacking. I cannot attempt to think up every possible angle to which we could injure the bear, but I will leave it too each of you to formulate offensive and defensive plans. The surroundings we will be entering are filled with ever changing circumstances and you must be at the ready to take every opportunity given to you. And I will be there fighting with you all every step of the way. Dante finally stopped speaking, her voice never faltering once in the entirety of the speech. A feverish impassioned tone had taken over her usually smooth lyrics, she felt as if she stood at the helm of a ship approaching the crest of monstrous wave. One that would put them into the throws of war and only one side would come out victorious. Or at least until she heard the gentle lulling whisper, Dante?

The voice was all too familiar. The accent, giving the owner the right to Irish decent, was a dead giveaway. Orbs of silvery-violet gaped at the sight of a long lost friend, Saoirse. The Irish lady who she had befriended before everything in her life had turned upside-down. She had been a guard in the pack when Dante’s mother and father still ruled, and the fiery feathered woman would have never thought in a million moons that she would ever get the chance to see her ever again. But here she was standing before her, the sun glinting off her magnificent pelt. Saoirse! Dante barked with a puppyish grin as she rushed for her friend, forgetting almost completely of the wolves behind her. This was reunion she had never anticipated but would never give up the chance to have. How did you get here? What happened, why aren’t you in the pack..? Dante had too many questions for her, but suddenly she remembered the gathering, Never mind my rambling questions, come join us. This might be of interest to you. Dante smirked playfully and plodded back over to the group, I would like to introduce you all to a childhood friend. This is Saoirse, she was a guard in my old home, but, she looked to her friend once moreit seems she has freed herself from that task. And I would like to invite you to join our family and quest to take back Bright Moon. The pack is infested with bears and I have gathered these loyal few to chase them out and take Bright Moon back for ourselves. Dante smiled with a sort of sisterly affection at the Irish lass, happy to be in the company of old friends and new family. Should you choose to join I will let these capable wolves take care of explaining this to you, for I must attend to my sister Seraphina… Dante nosed at the little fluff of fiery fur, but her expression was completely serious. She turned once more to address the whole of the group, hoping that Saoirse would stay. They had much to catch up on.

With there being a babe amongst us, I must find attend to her safety first before I know full well that I can face these dangers head on. I will request that you will stay until my return, searching out what you may need and preparing yourselves for the battle that lay ahead of us. Dante made a quick sweep of her head making sure she had gained a semblance of approval from each before she finally turned her attention back to the one being that would have prevented her from going out on this excursion. Seraphina… a soft coo of words, a choked breath of air – a grasp at the control she had lost in mere seconds. you were supposed to stay home. You’re the heiress to the pack. Dante could not even bring herself to say the name. The rightful title, the Inferno Pack had belonged to her, but now it fell into the paws of her esteemed sister Seraphina. The hellish Heiress had forfeited her claim. She had sought out her own peculiar, personal pursuits out of necessity and force. Dante sighed once more, attempting to gather herself and put into words the danger of her being here. It seemed to no avail. Heat scorched her mouth dry, her tongue stuck to her teeth. How was she to protect her gathering if she could not even protect the one wolf that she held so dearly..? You shouldn’t be here… was all she could manage. How was the Queen of the Inferno supposed to rebuke the only living soul that she allowed herself to love… Seraphina, you will be a part of a plan much bigger than yourself. You were destined for great things darling, and you still are. We have much to discuss, but come with me dear I have something to show you, a faint smile lifted at velvet lips. They had too much to discuss.

The daemon Queen, with swift movements clasped the scruff of her young sister into her ivories and broke into a swift, smooth gait. The world blurred as she raced through brush and growth, leaping over mossy logs, never missing a step. Her destination was Aurora Borealis, ruled by Kalgalath and Sebring to be inherited by their sons Vladimir and Castiel. It would be there that the little princess ought to be raised, under love and care that she herself could not provide. It would be here that the little princess would find a better life until Dante herself could provide it herself. Not even the protests of her darling little sister could pull her mind from that task.
