Ruieze Fields

Open fields and soft grass...
Ruieze stretches far in the midlands of Moladion, laced with streams that feed into Diveen and out of Asteraia at times. The fields are vast, filled with wildflowers and tall, soft grass; trees are sparse, as are rocks, but one can find small shrubs to hide amongst, and the grass itself. To the south of the fields, a Ruieze River widens, and the ground becomes sandy. There is a small, grassy island that can be reached from the banks, with water-birds often congregating on the island rather than the riverbanks.

A SLEEPLESS malice as black as the oncoming wall of night
So it ever was. So will it always be. Such is the nature of evil.

Nervousness pricks him and it angers him. Underidge did not like to be nervous for any reason. Such a feeling had long since been drummed out of him by the Shade yet in this moment he worried. Would Paravana go to the male? He didn't know exactly who he was at first, a cousin? A brother? Either way he held no ties to Under's Paravana. Yet the confused look on Paravana's face soothes him a bit. It becomes triumph the moment that she looks past Atlas, looks to HIM for guidance, and says his name. His own eerie eyes seem to flare with a look like victory, zeroing in on Atlas as his Paravana moves around the imposter boy and moves towards Underidge. Pleasure burns within him and he feels a fierce need to growl, to scream, to howl in triumph, but instead he merely glares at Atlas as Para moves behind him and demands that Atlas be stopped. "I will," he says in a growling tone of pleasure, taking a half step forward as Atlas watches in bewilderment.

The moment that Atlas begins to move towards them and begins to speak in Latin is the moment that Under's ears snap back and his hackles rise, giving him the dominant look of shadow and light. His muscles, thin as they seem, coil beneath his fur as he widens his stance and he flashes teeth at Atlas. What tongue does he speak if not the same one that Paravana used to mutter when he had first stolen her? It wouldn't be tolerated. She is my sister, he says and Underidge moves to completely block her from view from the male. "She is my mate and nothing of yours," he says in a hissing cadence. It wasn't true but the moment he said it, he made it true. Whether Paravana would agree with him was another thing. Atlas reaches his muzzle out and Underidge lunges forward, a snarl upon his malicious visage, and he attempts to bite at Atlas's face. Maybe he can rip that soft flesh off his face, break off some teeth, it didn't matter so long as the male stopped trying to touch what was his.

"SHE IS MINE," the words are a roar in the back of his throat right before his lunge. He will continue to crowd into Atlas, he will push him back physically if he has to, he will separate this male and kill him if he does not back off. After all, Paravana was firmly Underidge's - hadn't he heard he tell Underidge to make him stop? Underidge would do just that.
