Had a bass fisherman come down the channel in his bass boat. He flicked a cig butt in the water. I told him it was littering. He sad OK. So I picked up the but and threw it in the firepit. So an idea came to mind. Maybe we should start a site where we put the hull # of bad boaters. He could have told me to fudge off. So I am appreciative of that. Any thoughts? Replies:
